Withdrawal Policy

In case of withdrawal of a student from Sherwood Convent School Gurugram, a minimum of one month’s written notice must be submitted to the school administration. If the required notice period is not provided, one month’s fee will be charged in lieu of the notice period.

No refund of any school charges will be made except the caution money. The caution money refund must be claimed within one year of the student's withdrawal by submitting a written request along with the original admission receipt.

Please note that Transfer Certificates (TC) will only be issued after all outstanding dues and formalities with the school have been fully settled.
